My own journey through burnout, body image struggles, and undiagnosed PPD as a new mum in a foreign country brought me to my knees. It was at rock bottom that I rediscovered yoga not as a workout, but as a lifeline. It became the path to regulating my overwhelmed nervous system, finding stillness in the chaos, and learning to offer myself the radical self-compassion I so desperately needed.
